GKD mining low-voltage switchgear is suitable for all kinds of mine places without explosion risk, for AC 50 Hz 1140 volts or 660 volts or 380 volts power supply system power distribution, motor start and 127 volts lighting. It can also be used as traction locomotive rectifier cabinet and DC power supply cabinet of underground substation. The switchgear has a leak detection and protection unit, which is especially suitable for underground use.

1.the shell protection level is high: the horizontal bus current does not exceed 630A for IP54, suitable for mine use.

4.Structural features: The basic structure of the switch cabinet is completely enclosed in the indoor, using thin steel plate curved edge and welded steel. Cables can enter and exit from the cable entry device at the bottom of the cabinet. There are doors at the front and back. The electrical components are installed in the box on the Angle steel with a long waist hole, fastened by bolts, and can be adjusted freely up and down for convenient and flexible installation. The special rubber inlay strip is used between the switch cabinet door and the cabinet body to meet the sealing requirements. The cabinet top is made into a certain slope, which has the function of dustproof and drip-proof. The operation in front of the cabinet and the maintenance in front of the cabinet can be used separately or arranged.
